POLICE OFFICER I, II, or III • TREMONTON CITY, UTAH

Tremonton City is currently accepting applications for a full-time position of Police Officer I, II, or III at a starting wage of $18.25 – $33.68 per hour (depending on experience). Please see job ad and description for more details.

Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED, US Citizen, at least 21 years of age, valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a Utah driver’s license within 14 days of hire, preference given to those candidates who possess a Utah certification as a Law Enforcement Officer, ability to successfully pass the physical testing, oral interview, background, polygraph, and drug screen. Applicants who do not possess the POST certification will be expected to successfully obtain the Law Enforcement Certification within six months of hire.

SUBSTITUTE COOKS & DRIVERS

SUBSTITUTE COOKS & DRIVERS • TREMONTON CITY, UTAH

Tremonton City is currently accepting applications for Substitute Senior Center Cooks and Lunch Drivers at a starting wage of $10.45 per hour. Position will perform meal preparation, serve Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals, keep kitchen area, utensils, and equipment clean and workable, transport and deliver meals to patrons and keep track of mileage, fuel, and service of vehicle.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Food Handlers Permit. Knowledge of kitchen appliances and utensils, Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) requirements and proper serving sizes, making desserts, convection and gas ovens, cleaning appliances and walk-in freezers, safety in the kitchen, roads and addresses in the cities that the Senior Center serves, and hazards and safety precautions common to transporting meals.
