a. To receive public input on proposed zoning designation of Residential District R1-20 to approximately 2.95 acres of property located in the area of 3105 W 1000 N and being annexed into the corporate limits of Tremonton City.
b. To receive public input on proposed zoning designation of Manufacturing/Distribution (M-D) to approximately 13 acres of property located in the area of 2000 W 1000 N and being annexed into the corporate limits of Tremonton City

4. New Business:

a. Discussion and consideration of approving the 2017 Annual Meeting Schedule
b. Discussion and consideration of zoning designation of Residential District R1-20 to property located in the area of 3105 W 1000 N and being annexed into corporate limits of Tremonton City
c. Discussion and consideration of zoning designation of Manufacturing/Distribution (M-D) to property located in the area of 2000 W 1000 N and being annexed into corporate limits of Tremonton City

a. Discussion and consideration of No Parking signs on the north side of 350 North from 400 West to 900 West
