Neighborhood Improvement Grant

Do you own a home in Tremonton City and worry that you can’t afford to make needed repairs? We can help!

The Northern Utah Neighborhood Improvement Program, sponsored by Tremonton City Corporation in conjunction with Box Elder County, Des Moines Bank and Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation of Logan, helps income qualified homeowners make improvements to the exterior of their homes that are located within the incorporated limits of Tremonton City. If you meet income and ownership criteria, you may be eligible to apply for up to $9,000 in grant funding that can be used to make certain home improvements.

Applications are available at Tremonton City Offices or can be printed off here and must be submitted to Tremonton City, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 (435) 257-9500. NNHC construction supervisor will determine final scope and costs. Qualified homeowner will be required to supply sweat equity hours.
