Staff Sergeant Watt was part of the 20th Pursuit Squadron stationed in the Philippines. He was a Prisoner of War in Camp Cobanatuan. He died June 29,1942 from starvation, exposure, pellagra, and dysentery brought on from being part of the Bataan Death March.
